The Resident Architectural Committee (RAC) meets on the second and fourth Wednesday of each month at 7:30 p.m., via Zoom, to review applications. Your completed application must be received by 10:00 a.m., two Mondays before the meeting date (unless otherwise noted below) to be considered by the Committee.

Applications may be submitted via email to covenants@villageofkc.org or dropped at Amherst House in the mailbox to the left of the front entrance.

RAC Meeting Results

Contact the Covenant Advisor at covenants@villageofkc.org or 410-381-9600 with any questions or concerns. Applications eligible to be reviewed under the speedy process (only certain alterations are eligible for speedy review and eligibility will be determined by the Covenant Advisor) must be submitted weekly by Monday at 10:00 a.m. These applications will be reviewed by the Architectural Committee sign-off person.

If you are selling your house, you will need to request a letter of compliance.
