The Resident Architectural Committee (RAC) meets on the second and fourth Wednesday of each month at 7:30 p.m., via Zoom, to review applications. Your completed application must be received by 10:00 a.m., two Mondays before the meeting date (unless otherwise noted below) to be considered by the Committee.

Applications eligible to be reviewed under the speedy process (only certain alterations are eligible for speedy review and eligibility will be determined by the Covenant Advisor) must be submitted weekly by Monday at 10:00 a.m. These applications will be reviewed by the Architectural Committee sign-off person.
